At the city’s heart lies Gion, a center of the traditional arts and famed entertainment district. 

The stone paved streets and old Japanese traditional Japanese wooden houses are truly a place where you can enjoy traditional Kyoto scenes. 

If you are lucky you may be able to see a Maiko or Geiko, professional artists who excel in traditional Japanese arts and crafts such as shamisen playing, dancing, and tea ceremony.  Our Gion store is right near the “Tatsumi Bridge”, a famous bridge in the Gion district.
